   Application

TSG series mobile mainly uses in the transportation, the promotion and the feed, chemical, granular solid materials and so onmainly uses in the transportation, the promotion and the feed, chemical, granular solid materials and so on.It can be compatible with the mixer, the granulator, the tablet press, the coating machine, the capsule filling machine and so on. It also can prevent the powder to pollute and reduce the labor intensity.

TSG-A is composed of two parts, namely elevator and machine tray. The elevator by the rack, the hydraulic pressure lift system and the hopper turnover mechanism is composed. When work, gathers the elevator hopper and the feeding trough buckle, passes nearby the position which needs, starts the promotion operating lever, promotes the feeding trough to the need altitude, then starts the feeding trough to turn over the operating lever, after the feeding trough turns over 180 degrees, passes the position which the machine tray needs, at last turns on the butterfly valve material, the material will join in the process unit which needs.

TSG-B material lifting and feeding machines structure and TSG-A material lifting and feeding machines structure are the basic same, only the raising mechanism is designed to the extension type, the application method is also the same. TSG-C fixed material lifting and feeding machines structure and TSG-A material lifting and feeding machines structure are the basic same, only the machine tray is altered to the fixed base. In this product , the parts where the products and materials in contact and exposed parts of the surface are made by high-quality stainless steel Hugh Albright. The outer and inside walls are bright, clean, smooth, and havent the dead angle. It is be ensured that the machine meets the GMP requirements.
