Main Application
Vacuum feeder is a vacuum feeding pneumatic vacuum source. With this vacuum feeder materials could be fed directly from container into mixer, reactor, hopper, tablet press, packing machine, vibrating griddle, pellet trimming machine, wet granulator, dry granulator and disintegrator. Operating Principles
When presses down the key ON/OFF, the compressed air enters the vacuum pump, simultaneously under the air cylinder impetus the hopper puts the material gate to close, and in hopper produce vacuum. The vacuum feeding machine forms a airflow under the vacuum. Under this air current's function, the material which is transported after the hose is transported to the vacuum hopper. When the material level is higher than a position in the hopper of the material-receiving machine, vacuum feeder stops feeding, but when he material level is lower than a position in the hopper, vacuum feeder starts feeding automatically.
